Rules & Policies

CCBeautymark has the right to refuse service. 

-Please treat everyone, including staff, with kindness and respect. 

 

No sexual harassment or harassment/violence of any kind is welcome at CCBeautymark

-There is a zero tolerance policy at CCBeautymark for any inappropriate actions or behaviors.

-CCBeautymark takes harassment extremely serious and will take immediate action, including getting the authorities involved if need be.

-You will be asked to leave or if we are on site, we reserve the right to leave the job without completing service(s) and you will still be charged for the service(s) total on whatever card is authorized at booking. 

-See first rule. 

 

No unexpected visitors allowed at CCBeautymark without prior knowledge to owner, Chelsea.

 

Appointments only. No walk-ins at this time! Sorry!

 

Anyone under the age of 18 must have a guardian with them to sign consent waiver for treatments/services.

-Anyone under the age of 18 is expected to be accompanied by a legal guardian during the duration of their service.

-Anyone under the age of 18 is not eligible for the massage portion of the facial. 

-Anyone under the age of 18 is not eligible for "changing out" into the massage wrap, unless receiving an acne back treatment with parent in the room. 

-Anyone under the age of 18 can not receive an acne back treatment without legal guardian in the treatment room.

-Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian sign the consent forms and waivers to authorize the treatments.  

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

-If you must cancel or reschedule please do so no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid additional fees.

-Fees may vary depending on price of service, notice given & other factors that can be discussed with Chelsea. 

--Deposits are non-refundable and all new clients must pay a non-refundable deposit. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit depending on service type, time of year etc. Clients can cancel/reschedule at anytime before 48 hrs and not be charged additional fees for cancellation/rescheduling, but deposits will not be refunded no matter the timeframe. (New client period ends after 5 perfect appointments.)

-If a deposit has been paid, but is less then the value due for a late cancellation/rescheduling (after 48 hrs) additional fees will be charged.

-24 hr cancellation/rescheduling must pay a minimum of $75 (depending upon service). 

-Same day cancellation/rescheduling may be subject to pay entire amount of appointment with a minimum charge of $100. (Depending upon service) If cancellation/rescheduling takes place less than 2 hours before appointment it is considered a no show and will be treated as a no show, subjecting client to pay entirety of appointment. 

-No show WILL be subject to pay entire appointment fee.

-Repeat offenders run the risk of not being allowed to book their appointment without paying in full before appointment or may not be allowed to book in the future.

-Bridal package late cancellation fees may be up to 50% of ENTIRE remaining balance, including bridal party friends and family (See your personal bridal contract for your specific contracted obligations and cancellation policies.) 

-By entering your credit card into the booking and appointment system you are authorizing this card to be used for all booking and appointment purposes.


Please arrive on time for your appointment. 

-Fees will apply for late arrivals. 

-All late fees vary depending on service booked and/or how late you were.

-20 minutes late may lead to an immediate cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment for another date and time + a fee will be automatically charged or added to your next visit (Charge amount will be based on the service that you had booked.)

-No shows and/or no contact may require full amount of service to be charged to card on file, or if not card on file, will be added to future service(s).

-You will not be able to book again or have another services until all debts are paid. 

-The card that you put on file at the time of booking is your understanding that you have authorized this card to be used for payments, fees and and any other appointment related charges. charges. 

 

Credit Card Charges 

-A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit/debit card charges. 

-You are authorizing your card to be used for any and all fees that occur when you enter it in during your online booking.

-The same card is used for all future bookings. 

-If you wish to pay a different way other than card, that is ok but payments are due no later than the end of your appointment or card will be charged.  

Contraindications for services:

Some Contraindications may apply when you arrive at your treatments. Some may be discovered during the health history waiver or during a treatment. 

Some may be able to be recognized prior to coming into your appointment such as, 

-You may not receive a facial treatment or facial waxing service if you have an active cold sore. Cold sores must be completely dried and closed to receive a service. Cold sores can be anywhere on the face with an opening, this includes the nose and even eyes. 

-Conjunctivitis (Pink eye). You can not receive ANY service if you have pink eye. It is highly contagious through all encounters, even simple touch. 

-Colds and flus. You can not receive any service when you are sick. 

-Active skin cancer or other suspicious lesions. 

-Getting a Brazilian wax on your menstrual cycle. 

More may apply and if any contraindications are discovered at your appointment, CCBeautymark has the right to refuse service. Your deposit will not be returned, but you can make an all new appointment for a later date, when things have cleared up/ended/healed. 

 


Please follow the parking Instructions, as CCBeautymark is not responsible for anyone being towed.

-At the CCBeautymark location you are authorized to park on either the street or near the apartments behind autozone. 

-You will not be permitted to park in the designated autozone parking lots. 

-Autozone has the right to tow away any car parked in their designated parking without notice. 

-CCBeautymark/Chelsea will not be held responsible for your car being towed. 

 

Refunds or not available at this time. 

-If you are dissatisfied with a service/treatment, please contact Chelsea directly and I will do the best I can to make things right! 

 

Deposits

-All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

-Deposits are expected to hold any/all services for new clients 

-Deposits may be expected for all regular clients on $100 and over.

 

Coupon/Promotion Policy

-Coupons can only be used one at a time.

-Coupons, promos and non-paid certificates can not be combined. No exceptions

-To redeem a coupon, promo or to use a non-paid certificate and prepaid certificates, you must have the coupon, text or certificates on hand at your appointment to turn over.

-Promos, Coupons & non-paid certificates are not accepted toward bridal packages or photography packages.

Loyalty Program

Each client is eligible to receive a loyalty card that can be stamped for each visit. The 5th visit will be 20% off.

-You are responsible for ensuring your card gets stamped with each visit.

-You will receive ONE stamp per visit, NOT per service.

-The 5th visit at 20% off is only valid on full priced services, this excludes any specials, promos/sales etc. 

-You may not use the 20% off on any bridal packages or photography packages. 

-May not be combined with unpaid certificates. 

-Lost cards can be replaced, but with only one stamp per the visit it is deemed lost at. (Extra stamps will not be added to make up for lost cards, as this is too hard for me to keep track of.)

Flash Sale Policy

-All flash sales are FINAL SALE! 

-Cancellations for ANY reason will still be charged the full sale price.

-No Refunds.

-You will be charged the full sale price for no shows and/or cancellations (at any time).

-No exceptions. 

-Flash sale services do not have the same cancellation policy as regular services. 

Refer A Friend Program Policy

As a thank you for sharing my name and business, I will honor each person who refers a friend with 20% off their next full priced service. 

-Up to 3 lingering referral coupons at a time per client 

-One 20% off coupon per client referred 

-You do not get 20% off each time the client books, only for the first initial booking. 

-The referral must follow through with their appointment. 

-The 20% off coupons can NOT be combined. (Only one can be used at a time.)

-The 20% off is ONLY eligible on full priced services/treatments.

-Must be used within 3 months of the date on coupon. 

-Not redeemable on bridal packages or photography packages.

-Not redeemable in combination with sales, promos or un-paid certificates from CCBeautymark

-You must have coupon readily available upon your arrival and then it must be deleted or thrown out immediately upon redemption.

 

 

Consent Form & Waiver

-All clients are expected to fill out a consent form and waiver for their service/treatment.

-All consent forms and waivers are confidential. 

-All clients are expected to fill out the waiver with complete honesty for the safety of CCBeautymark staff as well as the other clients.

Bridal Package Policy

-Card is required at time of booking. The card that is used is authorized as the main card to use for any and all transactions unless otherwise agreed upon with CCBeautymark. 

-Card charges are required to cover an additional 3.5% processing fee each time the card is ran. 

-Card on file is to be used if anyone in the bridal party, friends and/or family that is listed in the contract is unable to pay for any reason.

-Party, friends and/or family are able to pay separate and card will not be charged if payment is fulfilled. 

-Refunds are not permitted at this time for any reason.

-Each installment for bridal package plans are non-refundable once payment is received.

-Deposits/retainers are non-refundable & do not protect against cancellation charges. 

-Please be on time for your trial. Late fees may apply as well as termination of the appointment. You will still be held responsible to pay for the trial you missed as if you arrived and had the trial. 

-Trials are not to exceed 1.5 Hrs. $50 every 30 min that goes over the 1.5 hr mark.

-Cancellations may require a fee of 50% of TOTAL*  remaining balance.

-This includes entire balance for bride/groom and all bridal party members, friends, family and extras that are listed in the contract.

-The card on file for the booking WILL be charged same day as cancellation. No questions asked.

-Cancellation charges go for entire total and/or individual(s). If one member of the party decides to cancel after the booking is made, a 50% charge for their individual cancellation will be charged to the card.

-All other terms will be outlined in the bridal contract.

-These outlined terms within the contract may vary person to person depending on specific needs and requests.

-Timelines are designed based on the time CCBeautymark would believe they would need to complete the desired requests. Going against the timeline to start later then expected may run a risk of running behind all together and CCBeautymark is not responsible for this.

-If any member of CCBeautmyark is disrespected, belittled or otherwise made to feel uncomfortable, CCBeautymark has reserved the right to leave at any point during the service(s) and the card on file will still be charged for full services. We do not tolerate disrespect. We want you to be happy on your big day, and we strive to help you feel beautiful, happy and relaxed. Therefore, we will not allow mistreatment towards any team member.
